Oxytetracycline + Polymyxin B 


Sterile ophthalmic Ointment 5 g tube contain:
Oxytetracycline                   25 mg
Polymyxin B sulfate      50/000 I.U.
Oily base                     10    g

This ointment is used for prophylaxis and ocular infections such as infections caused by streptococci, rickettsia, E.Coli, Aerobacter aerogenes like Conjunctivitis, Keratitis, Pink eye, Corneal ulcers, Blepharitis in dogs, cats, cattle, sheep and horses, ocular infections due to secondary bacterial complications of distemper in dogs, and bacterial inflammatory conditions which occur secondary to other infections diseases in the above series.
